Conditions for Requesting Off-Duty Police Service There are two types of requests:
Short term: Single (1) day detail up to 30 days
Long Term: Over 30 days
Payment terms:
Request should be at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Requests with less than 24 hours are subject to a late notice fee.
Cancellation(s) with less than 24hrs notice are charged a fee.
Officer(s) working your event will have a statement for you to sign.
If you are a new customer, a deposit may be required in advance.Payment must be in form of: a) Personal / Certified / Cashiers Check or Money Order made payable to Orion Security Services, or b) MasterCard/Visa.
For Long Term details client will need to set up an account, payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
Note: Orion Security Services will make every effort to provide staffing for the requested details, but on occasion, unforeseen circumstances may cause a detail to go uncovered (such as court mandated appearances, or illness, emergency call to work, etc). If this were to occur, you would not be billed or charged.
